PDO Honey of Lunigiana 10 gr ca
Chestnut cream from Lunigiana 10 gr ca
China Clementi 4 cl
Espresso Jolly Caffè Crema blend 6 cl
Extract the Espresso Jolly Caffè Crema and dissolve the chestnut and honey cream in it. Add the China and pour
in a cooled shecker. Scheckerate with ice and serve in a cooled martini glass.

Topping with Star Anise
Ingrediants;
PDO Honey of Lunigiana 10 gr ca
Chestnut cream from Lunigiana 10 gr ca
China Clementi 2 cl
Espresso Jolly Caffè Crema blend 3 cl
Extract the espresso, pour it into a small jug and melt honey and chestnut cream in it; add 2 cl of China clementi.
Heat (do not emulsify) with a spear and serve in a Grog glass. While hot, add the star anise.
